BIKE TRAIL

Citrus Wheat

  • Appearance: Pale straw to golden yellow, often slightly hazy from the wheat content.

  • Aroma: Bursting with notes of orange, lemon, and sometimes grapefruit or lime, supported by subtle wheat and yeast aromas.

  • Flavor: Light and crisp with a soft malt sweetness from the wheat. The citrus—whether from fruit additions like orange peel or lemon zest, or from citrus-forward hops—adds a tangy, juicy character. Low bitterness keeps it easy-drinking.

  • Mouthfeel: Smooth and refreshing, with a light to medium body and a clean finish.

  • ABV: 5.5%

ALL HAT, NO CATTLE

Coffee Stout

  • Appearance: Deep brown to near-black with a creamy, tan head and excellent retention.

  • Aroma: Rich coffee aromatics lead the nose, with notes of freshly brewed espresso, dark chocolate, and subtle roasted malt. Light hints of caramel and cocoa add complexity.

  • Flavor: Smooth and balanced with prominent coffee character up front, followed by roasted malt, bittersweet chocolate, and a touch of caramel sweetness. Bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, keeping the beer approachable and not overly heavy.

  • Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with a smooth, slightly creamy texture and a clean, dry finish that invites another sip.

  • ABV: 5%
